Terms of Sale

1. The shop

All sales are handled in person at 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 20827783, Newark, DE 19702-5413, or by arrangement over email at shop@movieboxprollc.com. Prices are listed in USD and exclude any applicable Delaware taxes.

2. Grading

We grade conservatively (NM, VG+, VG, Sealed). If you receive a tape that does not match its stated grade, return it for a full refund within 14 days of pickup or delivery. We pay return shipping on any grading dispute.

3. Reservations

Email reservations are held for seven (7) days. After that, the tape goes back on the rack. No deposit required.

4. Shipping

We ship USPS Media Mail or First-Class within the continental US. International shipping is quoted on request. Cassettes are packed in bubble wrap inside rigid mailers — we have not lost a tape in transit yet.

5. Returns

Sealed tapes are non-returnable once opened. Graded tapes can be returned within 14 days for any reason — buyer pays return shipping unless the tape did not match its stated grade.
