Welcome to TapeBox, operated by MovieBox Pro LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.

1. Use of the App

TapeBox is a movie and TV show discovery app that lets you:

• Browse movie and TV series information
• Read and add ratings and reviews
• Track shows and build a personal watchlist

TapeBox does not host, stream, download, or distribute any movies or TV shows. Please use the app only for lawful, personal purposes.

2. Eligibility

TapeBox is intended for users aged 13 and over.

3. Your Content

If you add ratings, reviews, or feedback, you keep ownership of what you create. You simply give us permission to display it within the app so the feature works. Please don't post anything unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.

4. Intellectual Property

The TapeBox name, logo, and original design belong to MovieBox Pro LLC. Movie and TV titles, artwork, and related media belong to their respective owners and are shown for informational purposes only. Please don't copy or redistribute parts of the app without our permission.

5. Third-Party Services

TapeBox may use trusted third-party services, such as crash reporting and Google AdMob for advertising, to help keep the app running smoothly and free to use. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of them is subject to those policies.

6. Advertising

TapeBox is free to use and supported by advertising. We display ads through Google AdMob, which may include banner, interstitial, or video ads. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your device settings and the permissions you grant. 7. Availability

We work hard to keep TapeBox accurate and available, but information is provided "as is" and may occasionally be incomplete or temporarily unavailable.

We may update the app or these Terms from time to time, and we may limit access if the Terms are misused. The latest version always applies, with the date shown above.
